Garlic Bread With Cheese

Garlic Bread With Cheese

In our family all are fond of garlic bread, especially my dad. We usually order it along with pizza at our favourite pizza joints. Then I decided to try it at home and after fewer experiments I finally came up with this recipe. And believe me everyone loved it.This recipe is very simple to make. It just takes few minutes.

Ingredients:
  • 1 French loaf
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 tea spoon garlic paste
  • 2 tea spoon olive oil
  • Cheese as per your requirement (Any cheese is fine ,I have used mozzarella cheese)
  • salt and pepper

Method:

Cut the French loaf diagonally of 1 inch slices.

Combine butter, garlic paste, salt, pepper and olive oil together and mix thoroughly.Apply this mixture on each slices of bread.

Sprinkle cheese evenly on each of the slices.

Place the slices in an oven or electric tandoor(I have used an electric tandoor) and pre heat it for 4 to 5 minutes and put the bread in the tray and cook until the cheese is browned and bread is crispy.

In case you are using an oven then, Pre heat the oven 350 degrees and put the bread in the tray and bake until the cheese is browned and bread is crispy.

For better taste and enjoyment garnish it with chili flakes and oregano and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Enjoy the taste of home made garlic bread with family and friends.
